James S. Ginsburg
Mr. Ginsburg is the Managing Partner at Vernon & Park Capital and a well known investor within the exchange industry. He brings to Vernon & Park Capital (VPC) significant experience selecting, evaluating and monitoring investments in the Sector as well as a valuable network of industry contacts. Mr. Ginsburg's breadth of industry knowledge and contacts, combined with his many years of experience investing in the Sector, gives him the perspective necessary to find attractive investment opportunities in this rapidly changing environment. Prior to his fund management activities, Mr. Ginsburg was an active trader at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange ("CME") for over twenty years. Mr. Ginsburg is a Public Director of the Minneapolis Grain Exchange and a Director of the CME PAC. He is or has been a member/shareholder of the CME, the Chicago Board of Trade, the New York Stock Exchange, the Pacific Exchange, the Philadelphia Stock Exchange, the New York Mercantile Exchange and the New York Board of Trade. |

Bruce D. Werner
Mr. Werner is a Managing Director and the Chief Operating Officer at Vernon & Park Capital and brings over 20 years of operating, investing and consulting experience to the group. Over his career, he has held executive, staff and line positions in product and service industries. These businesses included start-ups, turnarounds and mature companies. In 2000, Mr. Werner founded Kona Advisors LLC, a management consulting and capital advisory firm, after a successful career at Werner Ladder Co. Within the financial industry, his work includes Chief Operating Officer of a derivatives trading company, leadership assignments at a hedge fund-of-funds, Investment Committee of an insurance company and operating and transaction assignments for private investor groups. He earned a B.S. Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Carnegie-Mellon University. Mr. Werner also holds an M.S. Degree in Management and an M.S. Degree in Manufacturing (IBM Fellowship) from MIT Sloan School of Management and Stanford University, respectively. He currently serves on the Board of several private companies. |

Linda B. Ginsburg
Ms. Ginsburg is a Managing Director at Vernon & Park Capital, L.P. and brings nearly 20 years of experience in the investment banking industry. As a founding principal at Vector Securities International, Inc. (“Vector”), a leading investment bank focused on the healthcare industry, Ms. Ginsburg played a central role in the structuring, negotiation and execution of numerous mergers and acquisitions, public and private offerings, strategic alliances, fairness opinions, corporate valuations and private equity investments. In 1999, Vector was purchased by Prudential Securities where Ms. Ginsburg remained as a Managing Director. Ms. Ginsburg assisted Mr. Ginsburg in the formation of Fund I and in the documentation of investments and other legal matters and now plays a central role at VPC. Ms. Ginsburg received her BBA from George Washington University in 1982 and her JD/MBA from Stanford in 1986. |

Stephen A. Brodsky
Mr. Brodsky is a Managing Director at Vernon & Park Capital and brings over 10 years of business and financial experience to the Vernon & Park team. Most recently, Mr. Brodsky was the President of CHX Holdings, Inc., the parent company of the Chicago Stock Exchange, where he was responsible for financial, strategic planning and marketing and sales for the Exchange. Mr. Brodsky's previous experience as Vice President, Investment Banking for Mesirow Financial afforded him the opportunity to focus on mergers and acquisitions and the analysis of strategic alternatives for companies in the financial services industry. Mr. Brodsky began his career with John Nuveen & Co., Inc. Mr. Brodsky received his BA from Syracuse University and his JD/MBA in Finance and International Business from Northwestern University.

Thomas C. Dorn
Mr. Dorn is the Chief Financial Officer at Vernon & Park Capital, L.P. and brings more than 30 years of financial and business management experience to VPC. Mr. Dorn spent nearly ten years as Vice President in the Investment division of NN Corporation, a large financial holding company. Between 1985 and 1995, Mr. Dorn served as the Executive Director for two large Chicago law firms; Phelan, Pope & John Limited and Schiff Hardin LLP, where he was responsible for all financial and accounting matters, as well as operating infrastructure and strategic planning. In 1995, Mr. Dorn joined Vector as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, where he was responsible for all firm accounting and finance functions, information technology and support, human resources and securities compliance. Mr. Dorn also managed and supervised all the NASD broker-dealer and “back-office” operations in support of Vector’s equity research and securities trading departments. Mr. Dorn received his BBA from the University of Notre Dame in 1973. |
